Jen The Doula
I decided to become a Doula after I gave birth to my son. My experience was everything that I imagined it to be. I started out clueless on how to live life as a pregnant woman and how labor happens. One day it hit me that although I haven't given birth yet I am already a mother and I need to take charge of my pregnancy and make sure I do what is in my capacity to ensure that I and my baby are thriving. With this I was able to eliminate fear and submit my mind to what my body was designed to do by nature. An educated woman is a fearless woman and this self-awareness is what I help other women accomplish as a Doula
